Things to Know before Hitting the Road
Food Truck Vendor Requirements – Fight4Peace Tour 🚚🔥
We’re excited to have food trucks as part of the Fight4Peace Tour! To ensure a smooth, safe, and successful event, please review the following requirements before signing up.
General Requirements:
✅ Must have a valid business license and food handler’s permit.
✅ Proof of liability insurance.
✅ Must comply with all local and state health department regulations.
✅ No alcohol or prohibited substances.
Safety & Equipment Requirements:
🔥 Fire Safety: Every food truck must have:

A fire suppression system for cooking areas.

A portable fire extinguisher near the generator.
⚡ Generator Safety:

Generators must be in good working condition and properly ventilated.

Fuel must be stored in containers and kept away from open flames.
🍽 Food Safety:

Maintain proper food storage temperatures (hot foods above 140°F, cold foods below 41°F).

Use gloves and food-grade materials when handling food.

Have a handwashing station with soap and disposable towels.
🚗 Set-Up & Operations:

Arrive at least 1 hour before event start time for setup.

Park in designated food truck areas only.

Keep the area clean—trash cans and disposal will be provided.
Merchandise Vendor Requirements – Fight4Peace Tour 🛍️💙
We’re looking for passionate merchandise vendors to join the Fight4Peace Tour! If you sell apparel, accessories, wellness products, artwork, or anything that promotes self-care and mental well-being, we want YOU on board! To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review the following requirements before applying.
General Requirements:
✅ Proof of liability insurance is highly recommended.
✅ All merchandise must align with the values of Fight4Peace—no offensive, harmful, or inappropriate items.
✅ Vendors are responsible for handling their own payments (cash, card, mobile transactions, etc.).
Booth Setup & Operations:
🛒 Space & Display:

Each vendor will receive a designated space.

Vendors must bring their own tent (all events are outdoors), tables, and chairs unless otherwise noted.

Displays must be stable and secure—no trip hazards or unstable shelving.
⚡ Power & Equipment:

Limited access to electricity—please request in advance if needed.

Vendors using extension cords must use outdoor-rated cords and tape them down securely.
🚮 Cleanliness & Waste Management:

Keep your area clean and clutter-free at all times.
-
Vendors must properly dispose of their own trash—bring bags if necessary.
🚗 Load-In & Load-Out:

Vendors must arrive at least 1 hour before event start time for setup.

All vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas after unloading.
-
Booths must remain open for the entire event duration—no early pack-ups!
